The Valent\u00edn Lara family has spent generations dedicated to the world of wine as viticulturists, winemakers and devotees of wine culture<\/strong>. Today, the project is led by Miguel \u00c1ngel Valent\u00edn D\u00edaz and Miguel \u00c1ngel Valent\u00edn Lara, father and son, both biologists and viticulturists by vocation.<\/p>

Miguel \u00c1ngel Valent\u00edn D\u00edaz<\/strong> spent more than ten years building his career as technical director in Rioja, before going on to launch several projects in Castilla-La Mancha, championing an innovative approach to viticulture<\/strong> grounded in the study of ‘terroir’ and the making of high-quality wines.<\/p>

Miguel \u00c1ngel Valent\u00edn Lara<\/strong> completed his training making wine in regions such as Rioja, Piedmont and Alto Adige<\/strong> before returning to his homeland to create wines of character, inspired by an organic philosophy and deep respect for the vineyard.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Our vineyards are located in Tomelloso, a land shaped by an extreme climate, diverse soils and a long winemaking tradition that defines the character of our wines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Lara was born in 2024.<\/p>

In response to a shared concern: to restore the value of the vineyards<\/strong> that for generations have defined the landscape of Tomelloso, and to give back prominence to a form of viticulture centred on quality and origin.<\/p>

In a region where large-scale production had dominated for decades, we decided to follow a different path.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We are committed<\/strong> to preserving historic vineyards, working every plot with the utmost care and crafting wines that reflect the character of the land<\/strong> they come from.<\/p>

This is how our Resistance Viticulture was born: a way of understanding wine that protects the legacy we have received while looking to the future without giving up its roots.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
